Our partner is one of the world's biggest financial provider offering its services in more than 200 countries all over the world. Their Business Center operates in Budapest for more than 15 years now providing support to the EMEA region regarding various business functions.
Their Payroll Team is now looking for a professional with SSC experience in the field of Payroll to manage payroll processes across EMEA.

Description

  • Supporting the monthly payroll processes by preparing appropriate materials
  • Updating and maintaining payroll related records and data files
  • Cooperating with stakeholders and vendors in terms of Compensations, Benefits, Pension, Leave and Time Tracking, etc.
  • Providing reports and documentation for HR team and fellow departments
  • Answering payroll related questions, acting as an SME for payroll processes and procedures
  • Managing the business analysis and documentation of system change specification

Requirements

  • University/college degree in Economics/HR
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on the field of Payroll in SSC environment
  • Good command of English – you have to cooperate with international teams and vendors
  • Independent, precise personality – with strong analytical skills and a Can-Do-Attitude
