Electrical team leader

• Technical leadership for multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that design, test and development systems meet internal and customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory safety standards

• Manage, lead and mentor engineers with less experience and provide technical assistance to team members on each project

• Provides project management guidance using various business tools while utilizing a systematic approach to project execution and tracking

• Fosters new and innovative ideas to optimize process output and throughput and equipment utilization

• Prepares effective, content-rich management reports and presentations

• Develops and qualifies test methods, protocols and procedures used in product qualification, design verification, reporting and document control

• Establishes and ensures appropriate processes are used for design reviews of new and redesigned parts

• Prepares technical documentation in conformance with Company design control procedures

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

• 7+years of related engineering experience

• 2+ years of people management experience

• Strong English language skills

• Knowledge in using DFMEA, PFMEA

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience gained in project management in the automotive industry

• Knowledge in automotive standards
