Description

  • Being part of the reinforcement of the global IT service operations within the entire organization
  • Defining, reviewing, monitoring and analyzing the cornerstones and KPI-s of the effectiveness of various IT departments and offices
  • Evaluate existing quality assurance standards, pilot IT audits and ensure IT compliance via action plans
  • Conduct quality assurance trainings and promote quality management and process improvement as a company value
  • Mapping and assessment of potential operational risks and provide corrective and preventive actions to handle them
  • Providing regular performance reviews and reports for the IT steering committee, COO and other C-level members of the group management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Min. 2 years of experience in IT service performance management/quality system improvement in a large organization
  • Strong project management skills, significant experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Technical experience within IT to ensure the creditability with the teams and understanding of the stakes
  • Collage/University degree from a relevant field
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent negotiation and presenting skills
  • Ability to understand strategic issues and to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong ownership and natural leadership skills
